Czech and Slovak Breed Survey Card Translation

The Czech and Slovak survey card is similar to the East German's with a series of letters and numbers. In both the Czech system and the Slovak system the first number as well as the following letters each stand for an appearance notation. In the Czech system this will then be followed by another number which is a personality trait, then another letter which states if the dog did or did not let go of the sleeve on the handlers command. In the Slovak system the appearance notation letters are followed by three more numbers which comprise three different scenarios that are tested for to assess the personality and temperament of the dog, which is sometimes followed by another letter indicating whether the dog did or did not release the sleeve on command.
